In order to provide a safe and secure environment, municipalities are investing in technologies for safety, such as closed circuit cameras (CCTV), electrical fences around sensitive facilities, various civil security forces, etc. Tri-Logical’s solutions let municipalities reap the rewards of this investment by interfacing with each component and by providing complementary software and hardware to boost municipal safety, security and event management capabilities. Our technological solution includes, but is not limited to, call center management software with street level map capabilities. It displays any municipal asset as an icon on the map. These graphical representations allow for overall control over human resources, security vehicles, CCTV cameras, sensors and other devices in use. Tri-logical’s solution lets the operator manage electric fence ‎controllers, CCTV cameras, various operational vehicles, human resources and alarm devices. ‎The system is controlled using programmable icons on a map display making the system ‎extremely easy to program and operate. ‎Alarms are displayed on maps showing the operator exactly where an event occurred and CCTV cameras can be activated to view the event arena. The cameras can ‎be directed to the exact position, enabling the operator to see the zone from many different angles. ‎

EMS

The daily challenges that security and safety organizations, such as police, fire brigades and ambulance services, face can make a split-second difference between life and death. Public security and safety organizations are required to provide fast solutions to immediate emergencies, such as fire, road accidents, crime and terror. Responding to events on time and with the proper tools and personnel is crucial to mission success. Tri-logical’s EMS solution is a reliable resource for event management, emergency personnel dispatching and response center. EMS enhances the performance of the emergency resource using command and control capabilities, monitoring, alerts, event visualization and dispatching (voice and data), covering all operational aspects. It enables a rapid and convenient work flow, and allows the emergency organizations to perform their daily activities as well as their special operations. EMS is a flexible system that seamlessly integrates with existing systems such as telephony systems, CCTV security, sensors, location units, smartphones and more.

Airfield and Harbor Resource Management

Manage, Secure and Control Mobile Resources in Airfield and Harbor Operational Areas

• Management of access rights to all vehicles and mobile assets: only drivers with valid RFID tags can operate a vehicle, and only if such a task is allowed within a specific shift on the specific allocated vehicle. This enforces shift and task allocation compliance, attendance, and, through integration with ERP/HR systems, ensures that drivers have the requisite driving licenses and permits for such mobile assets. When wireless communication is lost, the system can operate continuously by maintaining the list of authorized drivers in the vehicle unit’s internal database.
• Anti-terror and anti-collision layer: The solution always monitors the position of mobile assets. It alerts on any irregular asset location or diversion from a pre-defined route. This is achieved through a comparison of actual GPS location with flight scheduling and task/shift management. The result is the enforcement of designated routes and prevents endangering air and ground traffic.
• Operational layer: the solution’s operational layer increases the efficiency of maintenance operations by load balancing of assets – using the asset that was least used for the next task. It also reduces fuel expenses by preventing unnecessary trips. This lowers vehicle wear and tear and reduces maintenance expenses.
• Crisis management (collision, roll-over and hostage situations): To enable a quick and accurate response in the event of a crisis situation, Tri-logical shows the exact location of assets on top of a map or air photo, as well as operational information such as driver identity and communication methodologies.

• Open architecture: Using an open architecture, Tri-logical reliably integrates with shift management and driver and vehicle licensing data. The result is unified task management, vehicle provisioning, enforcement of driver authentication and end to end vehicle operations control. Operating a vehicle requires a driver/employee ID.
• Telemetry and integration with HR Modules/ERP: Each vehicle or asset has a Tri-logical device, the VDLU, which contains location and telemetry capabilities. Each driver needs to use an RFID card, that is then correlated to actual tasks and driving permits and authorizations. Tri-logical’s devices come with or without an operator screen. The data from the devices feeds into Tri-logical’s mobile resource command and control center. Each VDLU is connected to the odometer or working hours counter (depending on vehicle type) in each vehicle and measures total time and distance for a period, shift or task.
• Real-time location: Tri-logical’s C4Harmony©, together with VDLU data and a vector map engine dynamically displays asset location and overlays it on a map/air photo. The maximum transmission frequency is every 2 seconds.

• Up to date list of permitted drivers/users of each asset/vehicle based on connection to task and shift management systems. Vehicles and assets cannot be operated by unauthorized users.
• Automatic creation of vehicle log that includes driver/operator ID, time used, initial location, target location and distance
